What the page works out for itself

The input. One workbook with two sheets, Running Orders and Shipped Orders -all, columns A to AP. Nothing else. The file is read inside this page. Nothing is uploaded anywhere and nothing in your file is changed.

Which sheet a PO sits on is its status. A PO on both sheets counts once, as shipped. The fourteen dashboard filters, the buyer, supplier, brand, season, subclass, department and transport lists all come from your own rows, so a new name can never be missing. Every figure is recalculated the moment you change a filter.

Export Excel gives you one workbook holding every KPI sheet, a RULES sheet setting out each rule and its Excel formula, and both order sheets in full. The fourteen yellow filter cells carry dropdowns and every KPI sheet recalculates in Excel. Edit the orders in that file, load it back here, and the KPI sheets rebuild. Every sheet is set to print A4 landscape, fitted to one page wide.

Size. There is no row limit in the page. Up to about 50,000 order rows it stays quick. Beyond that it still works but each step takes seconds. The two order tabs show the first 2,000 rows only, to keep scrolling smooth. Every row is still counted in the KPI sheets and every row is written to the Excel export.
